Design and application of energy-saving control system of air compressor

摘要 对传统电动空压机的电能浪费进行了分析,着重描述了对控制方式的节能改进,其中包括电动空压机节能控制系统的程序设计、节能原理、方案实施和节能效果的分析。通过对实际施工的耗能统计可知,安装节能系统的空压机要比未安装节能系统的空压机节能20%左右。 In the paper,the electric energy waste of the traditional electric air compressor was analyzed,and the energy-saving improvement of the control mode was described,which included the program design,the energy-saving principle,the program implementation and the analysis of energy-saving effects.The statistics of the energy consumption during actual construction showed the air compressor installed with energy-saving system saved energy by about 20% than that without energy-saving system.
