摘要
大型散货装卸机械轮压的均衡性直接影响车轮和轨道的使用寿命,以及门座架等钢结构的疲劳强度,并与设备的整机稳定性息息相关。提出了一种基于应力测试的轮压均衡性测试方法,在某港口堆料机轮压均衡性分析中取得了满意的效果。使用配重对轮压标定后,测算出轮压以及整机重量,进一步保障了大型装卸机械的安全稳定运行,为同类型机械的轮压均衡性分析和整机重量测算提供了新思路。
The balance of the wheel pressure of the large bulk cargo loading and unloading machinery has a direct impact on the service life of wheel and track,and the fatigue strength of the steel structure such as the pedestal frame,as well as is closely related to the stability of the whole machine.In the paper,a method for testing the balance of the wheel balance based on stress testing was proposed,and satisfactory results were obtained during the balance analysis on the wheel pressure of the stacker in a port.After calibrating the wheel pressure with counterweight,the wheel pressure and the weight of the stacker were calculated,thus the safe and stable operation of the large loading and unloading machinery were further guaranteed.The method offered new thinking for the balance analysis on the wheel pressure and the weight calculation of the whole machine for the same kind of machinery.
