摘要 通过分析铁水脱硫渣抑尘预处理工作原理,确定铁水脱硫渣铸钢渣罐带罐喷水工艺。带罐喷水时间24 h,每罐22 t水的喷水量,不仅可以实现节约用水,还可较好地实现铁水脱硫渣翻渣过程中抑制烟尘的目标。实施带罐喷水后,铁水脱硫渣热解效率进一步提高,渣罐脱翻数量和费用大幅降低。 The working concept of dust suppression pretreatment for hot metal desulfurization slag is analyzed to determine the parameters of water spraying process in slag pots. Water spraying time is 24 hours and 22 t water is needed for each slag pot,which not only saves water but also suppress the dust generated during slag dumping process. When hot metal desulfurization slag is kept in the pot to cool down by spraying water on it, the thermal decomposition efficiency of the slag increases in further and the failure rate and the cost of slag dumping operation reduce significantly.
