摘要 为响应政府提高烟气排放标准的号召,某电厂对环保设施进行超低排放改造,改造工程中将二期2台机组4台引风机进行增容改造,并改为变频控制。介绍了引风机变频调速电气控制方案、自动控制程序修改方案,并对改造后出现的频率不一致、信号波动、变频器退出自动等问题进行分析,提出了相应的解决方案,最终排除了故障隐患,提高了变频系统的稳定性,为同类型项目提供一定的技术支持。 In response to the government's call to raise the emission standards for smoke,a power plant transform on ultra-low emissions of environmental protection facilities.The reconstruction project would be capacity transformation for two units four sets of induced draft fans,and changed to frequency control.It introduced the scheme of electrical control and the modification scheme of the automatic control program of the Induced draft fan variable frequency speed regulation.Including DCS signal distribution,DCS screen layout,logic configuration change of power frequency control mode and logic configuration modification of frequency conversion control mode.In the paper,the author had analyzed the problems such as frequency inconsistency,signal fluctuation and frequency converter drop out of automatism,then proposed the corresponding solutions.Finally,eliminated the hidden faults.Fault disposal of this reconstruction was improving the stability of frequency conversion system.The paper would give some advisement of the next work.
