论高校游泳课程教学理念变革的三个面向 被引量:9

摘要 普通高校游泳专项课深受大学生喜爱,学生选课积极,学练欲望强烈。但是通过教学实践发现,课程本身存在课程理念目标设置模糊,定位太过笼统;教学内容重视泳姿技术,忽视水感培养;教学方式强调动作,纠错教学手段单一;考核评价注重达标计时,追求动作标准等争议性难题。从项目起源和发展角度重新思考游泳运动的项目文化与特色,提出高校游泳课程教学理念变革的三个面向:面向生存,立足于游泳是一项生存实用技能;面向生活,掌握游泳健身,培养健康生活方式;面向生命,进行生命安全教育和水域安全教育。以此为基点,重新探讨游泳课程与教学改革的新举措。 The swimming course is very popular among college students,which are active in courses selecting and eager to practice.However,there are several controversial problems through teaching practice:inaccurate position of the course's target,paying more attention to swimming skills and neglecting the development of water sense in the content of the course,emphasizing the action error correction with unitary teaching method,requiring the skilled movement and timing in examination,etc.The paper reconsidered the culture and characteristics of swimming from its origin and development,and put forward three aspects of the reform and orientation of the swimming course,which are:Survival(swimming is a practical skill for survival);Living(develop a healthy lifestyle through swimming);Life(life and safety education).Based on those,the paper reexamined the follow-up measures of swimming course and teaching reform.
