摘要
阿尔茨海默病危害日益受到人们的关注,研究证实,藏药七十味珍珠丸(Ratanasampil,RNSP)表现出积极的抗AD功效,但相应机制仍未探明。从DNA甲基化角度综述了AD的可能发病机理,并指出藏药RNSP抗AD的内部机制可能与其对相关基因DNA甲基化的调控有关,从甲基化角度论述RNSP的抗AD效应,为藏药抗AD的研究拓宽了思路。
The risk of Alzheimer's disease has attracted more and more attention,ratanasampil and exercise can improve AD,but the mechanism has not yet been clear.This article discusses the possible pathogenesis of AD from point of DNA methylation,and points out that the internal mechanism of ratanasampil and exercise in improving AD may be related to a few genes' DNA methylation,it may broaden the way to study the mechanism of medicine and exercise intervention against AD.
