1,4-苯基-二亚胺胍去除水中硫酸盐性能研究

摘要 以对苯二甲醛和氯化氨基胍为原料,室温下在水溶液中合成了1,4-苯基-二亚胺胍。运用单因素实验的方法,分别探究了反应物配比和反应时间对产物去除硫酸盐效果的影响,并考察了沉淀时间、用量和废水酸碱度等因素对产物去除硫酸盐效果的影响。实验结果表明:对苯二甲醛和氯化氨基胍的物质的量比为1∶2、反应时间为5 h时,产物对废水中硫酸盐的去除效果最好;沉淀时间超过5 h、每25 m L废水样(1 g/L的硫酸钠溶液)中加入0.157 4 mmol 1,4-苯基-二亚胺胍,硫酸盐浓度即可达到国家饮用水标准,加入0.315 0 mmol时效果最好,硫酸盐的质量浓度可降至0.035 96 g/L;当废水处于中性或碱性条件下时,1,4-苯基-二亚胺胍处理废水中硫酸盐效果较好。 1,4-Benzene-bis( imino guanidinium)( BBIG) was synthesized in the aqueous solution of terephthalaldehyde and aminoguanidinium chloride at room temperature. The effects of the ratio of reactants,of reaction time,of settling time and amount of the product,and of the p H value of wastewater,etc. on the effectiveness of the product in removing sulfates were studied with single-factor experiment method. The results of experiment have shown that the effectiveness of the product in removing sulfates from wastewater is the best when the molar ratio of terephthalaldehyde to aminoguanidinium chloride is 1: 2 and the reaction time is 5 h,the concentration of sulfates can be reduced to the extent that the sulfates concentration requirement of national drinking water standard can be satisfied after subjecting the wastewater to which 0. 157 4 mmol BBIG per 25 m L wastewater sample( 1 g/L sodium sulfate solution) is added to settling for more than 5 h with the effectiveness of removing sulfates being the best when 0. 315 0 mmol per 25 m L wastewater is added,and the effectiveness of BBIG in removing sulfates from wastewaster is good to a less extent when the wastewater is neutral or alkaline.
