摘要
目的了解全国不同级别疾病预防控制中心人力资源数量、构成和人口学结构,比较不同人口学特征的疾病预防控制中心专业技术人员工作满意度差别,分析产生差别的原因,为改善专业技术人员的工作满意度提出合理的对策和建议。方法采用问卷调查法对全国14个省份不同级别疾病预防控制中心专业技术人员的现状及工作满意度进行调查,对调查结果进行描述性分析和Logistic回归分析。结果疾病预防控制中心专业技术人员男女比例为1∶1.38,有一定工作年限,最高学历以本科为主,所学专业以预防医学居多,职称以中级职称为主,总体工作满意度居于"一般"程度。主要受年龄、所学专业和最高学历的影响,目前的经济收入和工作收入也对其产生一定的影响。结论疾病预防控制中心专业技术人员总体工作满意度偏低。疾病预防控制中心可以采用建立合理监督考评机制、绩效管理机制和在岗培训制度等方法,提高专业技术人员工作满意度,留住人才,稳定公共卫生人才队伍。
Objective To understand the quantity structure and demographic structure of human resources in different levels of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in China,to compare the job satisfaction of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention professionals with different demographic characteristics and analyze the reasons for the differences, to put forward reasonable suggestions for improving the job satisfaction of professional and technical personnel. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current situation and job satisfaction of professional and technical personnel of differ- ent Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 14 provinces of China. Descriptive analysis and Logistics regression analysis were conducted on the findings. Results The ratio of male and female of professional and technical personnel in Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was 1 : 1.38, there were a certain number of working years, the highest degree of education was based on undergraduate education ,the majority of staffs were preventive medicine, professional titles were mainly intermediate titles,and the overall job satisfaction was in the general degree,mainly affected by the age,the professional and the highest academic qualifications, the current economic income and income also had a certain impact on it. Conclusion Overall job satisfaction of professional and technical personnel in Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is low. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention can adopt the methods of reasonable supervision and evaluation, performance management mechanism and on-the-job training system to improve job satisfaction of professional and technical personnel, retain talents and stabilize the ranks of public health personnel
