摘要
为更加全面、准确地把握江苏省中小学心理健康教育发展现状,课题组通过在线方式(问卷星)对江苏省13个地市的中小学专兼职心理健康教育教师进行调研,获得2433名有效样本。结果显示,近年来,江苏省中小学心理健康教育成效显著,心理健康教育课程(90.47%)和心理辅导开展(74.61%)比例高,并得到学校领导、其他任课教师和家长的大力支持。但仍然存在:(1)专业对口(22.78%)和专职教师匮乏(25.24%),教学经验不足(教学5年以下的占82.51%);(2)经费不足、发展不均衡,阵地建设有待加强(建成68.63%);(3)课程开设不规律、心理辅导和心理健康教育活动开展有限;(4)缺乏完善的管理制度等问题。为进一步提升江苏省中小学心理健康教育水平,需要:(1)教育主管部门确保专项经费投入,加强阵地和信息化平台建设;(2)加大师资队伍引进力度和培训工作,增加交流机会;(3)制定切实可行的管理制度,保障心理健康教育课程、活动正常开展;保护教师的切身利益,激发教师的工作热情。
To master the current situation of mental health education in primary and secondary schools in Jiangsu Province accurately and evaluate whether the level of existing mental health education meets the requirements of the education authorities, and to provide the authorities with more references for further formulation of relevant policies. An online questionnaire survey, named Wenjuanxing, was conducted in 13 cities in Jiangsu province and 2433 valid samples were obtained. The survey shows that, mental health education in primary and secondary schools in Jiangsu Province has achieved remarkable results, with a high proportion of mental health education courses(90.47%) and psychological counseling(74.61%), and strong support from school leaders, other teachers and parents. However, problems like the following still exist:(1) lack of professional(22.78%) and full-time(25.24%)teachers, and the shortage of expert teachers(82.51% teachers have less than 5-year teaching experience);(2) insufficient funds, unbalanced development, position constructions needed to be strengthened(only 68.63% built);(3) irregular course-offerings, limited of psychological counseling and mental health education activities;(4) the lack of a perfect management system and other issues. To enhance the mental health education in primary and secondary schools in Jiangsu Province, We need to:(1) education authorities to ensure the special funds to strengthen the construction of position and information platform;(2) intensify the efforts of introducing teaching faculties and training, increase communication opportunities;(3) develop a practical and feasible management system to ensure the activities and courses of mental health education to be normally carried out; meanwhile protect the vital interests of teachers and stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers.
