摘要
目的观察通筋正骨胶囊与玻璃酸钠联合应用治疗中重度膝痹(肝肾亏损型)的临床疗效。方法将近两年收治的60例中重度膝痹(肝肾亏损型)患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组给予关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠;治疗组口服通筋正骨胶囊,关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠;5周为1个疗程,观察2组患者临床疗效。治疗前后采用膝关节视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、西安大略和麦马斯特大学骨关节炎指数可视化量表(WOMAC)及总体疗效进行评定。结果治疗后膝骨关节炎患者VAS、WOMAC评分显著降低,且治疗组低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为80%,明显优于对照组的53.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通筋正骨胶囊与玻璃酸钠内外联合治疗中重度膝骨关节炎,在改善患者临床症状、减轻关节疼痛、改善关节功能。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect on the Tongjin Zhenggu capsules combined and sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 60 cases which the patients had the mediumsevere knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,there are 30 cases in each group.The control group of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate of giving;In control group,sodium hyaluronate was injected into the patient＇s joint cavity;In treatment group,with the injection of sodium hyaluronate,patients were given oral Tongjin Zhenggu capsules.Taking 5 weeks as a period of treatment to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups.Before and af ter the treatment,the two methods were used to evaluate the overall curative effect,which is VAS（Knee joint visual analogue scale）and WOMAC（Western ontario and Mc Master university osteoarthritis index）.Results After the treatment,the scores of VAS,WOMAC were significantly lower than that before the treatment,and the result of the treatment group is better than the control group.And there is statistical significance（P〈0.05）;The total effective rate is 80% in the treatment group,it is significantly higher than 53.33% in the control group.There are statistically significant（P〈0.01）in the difference.Conclusion There is effective in improving clinical symptoms,reducing joint pain and improving joint function in the combined treatment.
