摘要
目的探讨维吾尔族(维)与汉族(汉)之间血清Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽(N-terminal propeptide of type 1 precollagen,P1N P)及Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽(type 1 collagen cross-linked C-telopeptide,β-CTX)是否存在差异。方法本研究为观察性研究,经筛选后共纳入1127例研究对象,并分为四组。女性按照是否绝经分为绝经前组126例[维/汉:59/67,平均年龄37.6/37.3岁],绝经后组278例[维/汉:162/116,平均年龄62.9/63.4岁],男性依据年龄分为27~60岁组579例[维/汉:307/272,平均年龄47.7/47.9岁],61~75岁组144例[维/汉:71/73,平均年龄66.0/67.2岁]。采用化学发光法检测血清P1N P及β-CTX浓度,并检测血钙、血磷、甲状旁腺素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)及25羟维生素D(25 hydroxy vitamin D,250HD)水平,进行维汉两民族间骨代谢标志物的比较。结果维汉骨代谢标志物比较,女性两组中P1NP和β-CTX差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性27~60岁组P1N P和β-CTX水平及61~75岁组P1N P水平,维族均高于汉族(P均<0.05),61~75岁组β-CTX水平,维汉间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本研究通过比较不同生理状态、性别维汉间骨代谢标志物水平,发现男性维汉间骨转化标志物存在种族差异。目前尚未发现女性维汉间骨转化标志物存在种族差异。
Objective To explore whether there was a difference about the levels of serum N-terminal propeptide of type 1 preeollagen(P1NP)and type I collagen cross-linked C-telopeptide(β--CTX)between Uygur and Han.Method This study was a retrospective analysis.After screening,a total of 1127 eases were included in the study and were divided into four groups.In accordance with menopause conditions,126 eases of women were divided into the pre menopausal Group[Uygur / Han:59/67,the average age of 37.6/37.3],278 cases were enrolled into postmenopausal group.[Uygur/Han:162/116,the average age of 62.9/63.4].According to the age of men,men was divided into 27-60 years old group which included 579 eases[Uygur / Han:307/272,mean age 47.7/47.9],and 61-75 years old group including 144 eases[Uygur / Han:71/73,mean age 66.0/67.2].Serum PINP,β-CTX,blood calcium(Ca),blood phosphorus(P),parathyroid hormone(PTH)and 25OHD levels were measured by chemiluminescence assay.And then the difference of bone metabolism markers was compared between Uygur and Han groups.Results There were no significant differences in β-CTX and P1NP in two groups of women(P 〉0.05).P1NP and β-CTX in male 27-60 years old group,and P1NP levels in 61-75 years old group among Uygnr nationalities was higher than those among Han(P 〈0.05).In male 61-75 years old group,there was no significant difference in β-CTX between Uygur and Han(P〉0.05).Conclusion There were racial differences in the bone turnover markers between Uygur and Han in man but it was not yet found in women.
