邓小平成为中共第一代中央领导集体重要成员同毛泽东密不可分。毛泽东的垂范和教导,使邓小平成为"毛派的头子"和"始终坚持正确路线"的代表;毛泽东的提携和培养,使他"担任党和军队许多重要领导职务";毛泽东的信任和器重,使他"一直处在战略全局的关键位置,处在对敌斗争的最前线";毛泽东的评价和推荐,使他为全党认识和熟悉。"毛泽东因素"是邓小平成为第一代中央领导集体重要成员的显著特征和关键因素,从侧面阐释了中央领导集体形成的内在机理,为解读他成为中共第二代中央领导集体核心提供了钥匙。
The reason why Deng Xiaoping became one of the key members in the First Generation of Collective Leadership of the CPC central Committee was inseparably connected with Mao Zedong.With the demonstration and instruction from Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping became "the head of Mao faction" and " representative of people who consistently adhere to correct political course".With Mao Zedong~ guide and train,Deng Xiaoping "occupied many important positions in the party and the military".With Mao Zedong~ trust and favor,Deng Xiaoping "has always been in key positions of the overall strategy,in the forefront of the fighting against the enemy".With Mao Zedong~ ap-praisal and recommendation,Deng Xiaoping was known and familiar to the whole Party."Mao Ze-dong factor" was prominent feature and the critical factor for Deng Xiaoping being one of the key members in the First Generation of Collective Leadership of the CPC Central Committee.The paper interprets from the side aspect the internal mechanism of the formation of Collective Leadership of the CPC Central Committee;providing the key to understand how he became the core of the Second Generation of Collective Leadership of the CPC Central Committee.
