摘要
目的观察补气活血益智法对临床缺血性中风后认知障碍(非痴呆)的疗效,观察睡眠与综合认知功能、学习记忆、执行能力等之间的关系。方法纳入符合标准的60例患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各30例。给予常规治疗同时,对照组给予尼膜同口服,观察组给予尼膜同口服+芪龙益智颗粒冲服,疗程6个月。治疗前后运用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、工具性日常生活活动能力量表(IDAL)、霍普金斯语言学习测试量表(HVLT/48)、画钟试验(CDT/10)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、中医气虚血瘀证素量表(QD&BSS)评估。结果与治疗前和对照组比较,实验组治疗后MMSE、HVLT/48量表评分增高,PSQI、QD&BSS评分降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PSQI与HVLT相关性明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补气活血益智法能够改善气虚血瘀型缺血性中风后认知障碍患者的认知、学习记忆、睡眠质量和中医证候,安全性好;睡眠质量与学习记忆密切相关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Buqi Huoxue Yizhi therapy on mild cognitive impairment(none dementia) after ischemic stroke and the correlation analysis among sleep and cognitive function,learning-memory and executive ability.Methods 60 cases of mild cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases in each group).Besides the conventional therapy,the control group was treated with Nimotop,and the treatment group was treated with Qilong Yizhi Granule + Nimotop.The total course of treatment was 6 months.TCM efficacy(QDBSS),MMSE,IDAL,HVLT/48,CDT/10,PSQI were observed before treatment,and after 6 months treatment in the two groups.Results In the treatment group,6 months after treatment,the improvements of MMSE,HVLT/48,PSQI,QDBSS were superior significantly to those in the control group(P〈0.05).The scores of PSQI was significantly associated with HVLT before and after treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusion Buqi Huoxue Yizhi therapy can improve cognition function,learning-memory,sleep quality and TCM syndrome of patients with cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke.Sleep is associated with learning and memory function.
