摘要
针对锂电池航空运输和管理现状,分析了锂电池航空运输在UN 38.3查验、充电宝质量、鉴定机构能力和标准融合方面存在的问题,建议加强锂电池质量源头管理,推行强制性认证制度,并尝试新的管理模式。
This paper presents the current status and management of lithium batteries transported by air,and analyzes the involved difficulties,including the UN 38.3 certificate inspection,quality of power bank,capacity of certificate body and standard integration.This paper suggests to strengthen the source control of lithium batteries＇ quality,implement the certification system and try new management models.
