摘要
概述了皮肤的衰老表现和衰老机制学说,介绍了生物化学法、细胞生物学法、三维重组皮肤模型替代法、动物实验法、主观评估、客观仪器评价法等延缓皮肤衰老化妆品功效评价方法,提供了延缓皮肤衰老功效评价的新思路,展望了延缓衰老化妆品功效评价方法的未来发展方向。
The indication and the mechanism of skin aging are summarized. Various methods to evaluate the cosmetics for delaying skin aging have been introduced,such as biochemical method,cell biological method,three-dimensional recombinant skin model,animal experiment,subjective evaluation and objective instrumental evaluation. The new idea of efficacy evaluation on cosmetics for delaying skin aging has been proposed,as well as its future direction of development.
