摘要 目的:采用星点设计-响应曲面法优化沙棘果渣总黄酮提取工艺。方法:以料液比、提取时间、提取温度、乙醇浓度为考察因素,以总黄酮提取率为评价指标,通过星点设计-响应曲面法试验进一步优化提取工艺条件。结果:优选出的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶45,提取时间3 h,提取温度65℃,乙醇浓度70%。结论:用星点设计-响应曲面法优选沙棘果渣总黄酮的提取工艺方法简单、稳定可行,具有实际应用价值。 Objective: To optimize the extracting process of total flavonoids for Hippophae rhamnoides pomace. Methods: Independent variables were solid-liquid ratio, the extraction times, extractive temperature, ethanol concentration, dependent variables were extracting rate of total flavonoids. Central composite design and response surface methodology were used to optimize the extracting process. Result: Analysis indicated that the optimum conditions were solid-liquid ratio 1:45, extractive temperature 65 ℃, 70% ethanol, 60 rain. Conclusion : The optimum process is simple and more convenient for extracting, by which higher total flavonoids content in H. rhamnoides pomace can be obtained.
