摘要
采用压力下凝固成型工艺制备6061铝合金,利用正交试验研究了浇注温度、比压、保压时间和模具预热温度等工艺参数对合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,工艺参数对合金力学性能影响权重不同,对抗拉强度的影响权重为:比压〉模具预热温度〉浇注温度〉保压时间,即比压对抗拉强度的影响最大,保压时间对抗拉强度的影响最小;各因素对伸长率的影响权重为:浇注温度〉模具预热温度〉保压时间〉比压,即浇注温度对伸长率的影响最大,比压对伸长率的影响最小。当浇注温度720℃、比压150 MPa、保压时间25 s、模具预热温度150℃时,铸件力学性能最佳,此时抗拉强度为181.7 MPa,伸长率为15.4%。
The 6061 aluminum alloy was prepared by solidification under pressure. The influences of pouring temperature, specific pressure, dwell time and mold preheating temperature on the mechanical properties were studied by orthogonal test. The results reveal that the influence weight of various process parameters on the mechanical properties of the alloy are different. The influence weights of process parameters on the tensile strength are as follows: specific pressure mold preheating temperature pouring temperature dwell time. The influence of specific pressure on tensile strength is the greatest while the influence of dwell time is minimal. The influence weights of all factors on the elongation are as follows: pouring temperature mold preheating temperature dwell time specific pressure. The influence of pouring temperature on the elongation is the biggest, while the influence of specific pressure is the smallest. The mechanical properties of the castings are the best when the pouring temperature is 720℃, the specific pressure is 150 MPa, the dwell time is 25 s and the mold preheating temperature is 150℃. The tensile strength is 181.7 MPa and the elongation is 15.4%.
