摘要
局部感应加热推弯成形技术是制造大口径厚壁弯管的重要方法。基于COMSOL多物理场有限元模拟软件,建立了可靠的大口径厚壁管感应加热推弯成形过程三维有限元仿真模型,实现了电磁-热-力多场耦合的模拟,避免了空气域边界造成的电磁反射波对感应加热的影响,并研究分析了弯管温度与应变的分布规律。结果对有效提升大口径厚壁弯管局部感应加热推弯成形具有指导意义。
The push bending forming technology of local induction heating is an important method for the manufacture of large diameter and thick wall bend pipe. Based on the COMSOL multi-physical field finite element simulation software, a reliable three-dimensional finite element simulation model of induction heating push bending forming of large diameter and thick wall pipe was established. The simulation of electromagnetic-thermal-mechanical multi-fields coupling was realized. The effect of electromagnetic reflection waves caused by the air domain boundary on the induction heating was avoided. The distribution of the temperature and strain of the bend pipe was also studied and analyzed. The results have guiding significance for effectively improving the local induction heating push bending of large diameter and thick wall bend pipe.
