县级人民医院提高患者满意度的实践与体会

Practice and experience in improving patient satisfaction at county-level people's hospital

摘要 介绍县级人民医院提高患者满意度的方法与措施,指出提高患者满意度的关键是规范诊疗行为、提高技术水平、合理控制费用、关注特殊群体要求、重视医德医风和人文关怀,合理监管与适度奖惩。 This paper introduces the methods and measures to improve patient satisfaction in county-level people's hospitals. It points out that the key to improving patient satisfaction is to standardize the diagnosis and treatment behaviors, improve the technical level, control the costs reasonably, pay attention to the special groups, attach importance to medical ethics and humane care and establish reasonable supervisory and regulatory systems and modest reward and punishment regimes.
