摘要
由中国石化工程建设有限公司和北京博惠通科技发展有限公司联合开发的减少加热炉氮氧化物排放技术,在高桥石化S Zorb装置上进行了工业应用试验。工业试验表明:研究开发的新型全扩散式燃气低氮燃烧器使用后,在保证燃料完全燃烧的同时也保证了低氮氧化物的排放,加热炉烟气中氮氧化物浓度可以达到120 mg/m3左右。再通过SCR脱硝工艺系统后,完全满足了氮氧化物浓度在100 mg/m3以内的排放目标,甚至可以满足低于50 mg/m3更苛刻的要求。工业的试验成功为加热炉氮氧化物减排技术的推广应用提供了重要的技术参考。
Sinopec Engineering Incorporation and Beijing Bohuitong Technology Development Co. Ltd. have jointly developed the NOxemission reduction technology for furnaces. Industrial application test of the technology was carried out in the S Zorb unit of Gaoqiao Company. The test showed that after using the new type of gas diffusion of low NOxburners,the complete combustion of the fuel could be ensured and low NOxemission could be ensured as well; the concentration of nitrogen oxides in the flue gas of the furnace could reach about 120 mg/m3. And then through the SCR denitration process system,the emission target of lower than 100 mg/m3 of nitrogen oxide concentration could be fully met and even more stringent requirement of lower than 50 mg/m3 of nitrogen oxide concentration could be met. The successful industrial test provides important technical reference for the popularization and application of NOxemission reduction technology in furnaces.
