摘要
针对铍材复杂结构零件,进行了超声波清洗相关影响因素研究,提出了采用复合频率超声波清洗的方法。通过研究与试验,形成了铍材复杂结构的超声波组合清洗工艺,有效提升了零件的洁净度。检测结果表明,该清洗工艺方法可行有效。
For complex structure parts of beryllium material,influencing factors related with ultrasonic cleaning are studied.And a complex frequency ultrasonic cleaning method is proposed.Through research and experiments,a corresponding cleaning process has been formed.The cleanliness is effectively improved by this process.The test result also shows that the cleaning process is feasible.
