摘要 针对热处理后内渐开线齿轮磨齿齿向不稳定的问题进行了原因分析,通过对比热处理前后数据的变化,总结出了花键孔热处理后存在的变形情况,并提出了改进措施。进行了由小径定心改为大径定心的工艺优化试验研究,最终通过增加热处理后磨内孔、靠端面的工艺,保证磨齿加工定位基准的一致性。试制后,齿轮齿向检测结果满足工艺要求,验证了优化后工艺的稳定性。 Aiming at the problem of instability of gear teeth in internal involute gear after heat treatment,the reason is analyzed.By comparing the change of data before and after heat treatment,the deformation condition of spline hole after heat treatment is summarized,and the improvement measures are put forward.The experimental research on the optimization of the process from small diameter centering to large diameter centering is carried out.The consistency of the positioning datum is ensured by increasing the heat treatment and then grinding the inner hole by the end face process.After trial production,the test results of gear tooth direction meet the technical requirements,and the stability of the optimized process is verified.
