文眼线致伤角膜的综合治疗

摘要 目的:探讨文眼线致伤角膜的综合疗法,观察罗哌卡因添加右美托咪定混合液球结膜下注射治疗的临床效果。方法:对42例(84眼)文眼线致角膜损伤者,用0.75%罗哌卡因添加右美托咪定混合液行表面麻醉,再行球结膜下注射治疗,四环素可的松眼膏与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶辅助综合治疗,观察其疗效。结果:48h内症状消失者31例(62眼),占73.8%;25~72h症状消失者11例(22眼),占26.2%。所有患者视力均未受影响,球结膜混合充血消失,角膜上皮完整修复愈合,角膜荧光素染色阴性。未出现并发症,均完全治愈。结论:罗哌卡因添加右美托咪定在文眼线致伤角膜中可起到止痛、消炎等作用,术后效果较好,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of dexmedetomidine addet to ropivacaine mixture subconjunctival injection for the treatment of the injury of cornea caused by line the brows striate eye line during the plastic and sthetic surgery. Methods Eighty-four eyes of 42 cases with injury of cornea caused by striate eye line were treated with surface anesthesia and subconjunctival injection of dexmedetomidine addet to ropivacaine mixture. And Tetracycline and Cortisone Acetate Eye Ointment and recombinant bovine basic fbroblast growth factor eye gel were used to treat. The effcacy was observed. Results The symptom of infammation disappeared within 48h in 62 eyes of 31 cases (73.8%) and within 25-72h in 22 eyes of 11 cases(26.2%). The visual acuity wasn't infuenced, the conjunctiva mixed congestion disappeared, corneal epithelium was repaired completely and corneal fuorescein staining was negative. There was no complication. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine addet to ropivacaine mixture subconjunctival injection is effective for the injury of cornea caused by striate eye line.
