摘要
研究了络合剂EDTA辅助室温疏水性离子液体Aliquat 336(三辛基甲基氯化铵)对模拟废水中Cu(Ⅱ)的萃取性能。结果表明,当Aliquat 336与水溶液的体积比(VILs∶Vaq)为1∶5,Cu(Ⅱ)初始质量浓度为600 mg/L,pH值为4时,加入等浓度的EDTA可以使水中Cu(Ⅱ)的萃取率从未用EDTA时的5.0%提高到88.7%,说明络合剂EDTA的存在能够显著提高Aliquat 336对模拟废水中Cu(Ⅱ)的萃取率。最优萃取条件为:EDTA与Cu(Ⅱ)的浓度比为1.0,VILs∶Vaq为1∶5,pH值为4,温度为25℃,该条件下废水中Cu(Ⅱ)的去除率达到88.7%。Aliquat 336可多次循环回用,循环回用4次后其萃取率仍可达80%以上。
Under the assistance of EDTA, the extraction property of hydrophobic ionic liquid Aliquat 336 (methyl troctyl ammonium chloride) on Cu(Ⅱ)was studied. The results showed that, when the volume ratio of Aliquat 336 to aqueous solution was 1:5, the initial mass concentration of Cu(Ⅱ) was 600 mg/ L, the pH value was 4, adding equiconcentration EDTA could enhance the extraction rate of Cu(Ⅱ) from 5.0% to 88.7%, which indicated that, the presence of complexing agent EDTA could significantly improve the extraction rate of Cu(n ) in the simulated wastewater. The optimal extraction condition was as follows: the mass ratio of EDTA to Cu(n ) was 1.0, the value of Vils : Vaq was 1 : 5, the pH value was 4, the temperature was 25 ℃. Under the above condi-tion, the removal rate of Cu(Ⅱ)from the wastewater reached 88.7%. Aliquat 336 can be recycled for many times, the extraction rate still maintains above 80 % even it has been reclaimed for 4 times.
