摘要 EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction)总承包模式,由总承包商受业主单位的委托,包括工程的设计,采购施工及检测与试运行等一系列工作的全程承包。采取EPC承包模式,能够有效解决施工设计与施工流程脱节的矛盾,从而保障施工各阶段的有效衔接。当然,受限于一体化设计施工自身的局限性弊病,也会出现总包人为获得超额利润,故意提高设计标准,造成投资浪费的现象。本文主要讨论在EPC模式下,如何充分发挥总承包人的设计主导作用,同时又可以合理有效的控制工程造价。 The EPC general contracting mode is contracted by the general contractor under the entrustment of the owner, including the engineering design, procurement construction, testing and trial operation. Adopting the EPC contracting model can effectively resolve the conflict between the construction design and the construction process, thereby ensuring the effective convergence of the construction phases.Of course, due to the limitations of the integrated design and construction itself, there are also cases where the general contractor to obtain excess profits, deliberately increase the design standards, and cause investment wastage. This article mainly discusses how to give full play to the general contractor's design leading role under the EPC mode, and at the same time, it can reasonably and effectively control the project cost.
