摘要
【目的】为了探索枯草芽孢杆菌对土壤肥力的影响,并确定枯草芽孢杆菌适宜的施用量。【方法】以湖南烟区主栽品种K326为试验材料,采用大田试验,研究不同枯草芽孢杆菌用量(CK:0 kg/hm^2;T1:15 kg/hm^2;T2:30 kg/hm^2;T3:45 kg/hm^2)对植烟土壤养分含量的影响。【结果】施用枯草芽孢杆菌在移栽后45 d和终采后与CK差异达显著,分别增加碱解氮含量13.6%~25.3%、23.1%~37.6%,与枯草芽孢杆菌用量呈显著正相关;速效磷在移栽后60 d含量增加了11.4%~48.1%,与CK差异显著,含量与枯草芽孢杆菌用量呈显著正相关;有机质的含量在移栽后45和75 d分别增加9.1%~15.2%、14.5%~24.7%,与枯草芽孢杆菌用量显著相关;枯草芽孢杆菌处理对速效钾含量无显著影响。【结论】施用枯草芽孢杆菌能有效改善土壤养分,调节耕层养分变化规律,利于烤烟生长发育的养分供给。
【Objective】The experiment aimed at exploring the effect of Bacillus subtilis on soil fertility and to determine the appropriate dosage of Bacillus subtilis.【Method】The main cultivars of K326 in Hunan Province were used as test materials,and field experiments were conducted to study the different dosage of Bacillus subtilis(CK:0 kg/hm^2; T1:15 kg/hm^2; T2:30 kg/hm^2; T3:45 kg/hm^2) effect on the nutrient content in the soil of tobacco planting.【Result】The difference between 45 days after transplanting and after final harvest and CK was significant,and the content of alkali-nitrogen was 13.6 %-25.3 %,23.1 %-37.6 %,respectively,which was significantly positive correlated with the amount of Bacillus subtilis.The content of available phosphorus increased by 11.4 %-48.1 % in 60 days after transplanting,and there was significant positive correlation between the content and the amount of Bacillus subtilis.The content of organic matter increased by 9.1 %-15.2 %,14.5 %-24.7 %,respectively 45 and 75 days after transplanting,and was significantly correlated with the dosage of Bacillus subtilis.The treatment of Bacillus subtilis had no significant effect on the content of available potassium.【Conclusion】Application of Bacillus subtilis was effective in improving soil nutrients,regulating the nutrient variation of the topsoil and beneficial to supplying nutrient for the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco.
