特色小镇旅游目的地形象与游客满意度、忠诚度关系研究——以雄安新区周边特色小镇为例 被引量:5

摘要 本文以雄安新区周边特色小镇为例,基于游客调研数据分析,构建了特色小镇旅游目的地形象与游客满意度、忠诚度的结构方程模型,探索特色小镇旅游目的地形象与游客满意度、忠诚度之间的关系。研究结果发现,并非所有的旅游目的地形象因子与游客满意度、忠诚度之间有显著的正向关系,而游客满意度正向影响忠诚度,研究结果对于提升特色小镇旅游业发展具有重要意义。
