摘要
主要从出行方式和出行路径的改变入手分析拥堵收费后收费区域及周边区域交通量的变化。首先根据收费后收费区域的OD出行矩阵,以Logit模型为基础,建立数学模型,计算该区域交通量,利用Matlab进行实例分析。结果表明:收费后,收费区域的交通拥堵能够得到不同程度地缓解。其次,利用容量限制法对收费后周边交通进行再分配,定量分析拥堵收费对周边道路交通的影响。结果表明:收费后周边交通也将受到不同程度的影响,部分私家车出行者转向其他可替代道路,减轻了收费区域的道路负担,使周边道路资源得到合理利用,对拥堵收费的组织和管理提供理论基础,更好地实现拥堵收费对拥堵的治理效果。
The paper starts with changes in the mode of travel and travel routes, and mainly analyzed changes in traffic volume in the toll area and surrounding areas after congestion charges. Firstly, based on the OD trip matrix of the toll area after charging, a mathematical model was established based on the Logit model to calculate the traffic volume in the area, and an example analysis was conducted using Matlab. The results showed that the traffic congestion in the toll area can be partly relieved after charging. In addition, the capacity limitation method is used to redistribute the surrounding traffic after charges and quantitatively analyze the impact of congestion charges on the surrounding road traffic. The results showed that the surrounding traffic after the charges will also be affected, and some private car travelers have selected other alternative roads so that the surrounding road resources can be used rationally .It provided a theoretical basis for the organization and management of congestion charges and better achieve the effect of congestion charging on congestion.
