摘要
介绍了全面风险管理概念,阐述了石油管道施工企业全面风险管理的重要性.结合石油管道施工A企业在全面风险管理中的实践,提出做好全面风险管理的5项对策,为其他石油管道施工企业进行全面风险管理提供了借鉴.
In this paper, the concept of overall risk management was introduced, and the importance of overall risk management in petroleum pipeline construction enterprises was expounded. In com-bination with the overall risk management practice of A Company, five countermeasures of overall risk management are put forward, which provides reference for overall risk management in the other pipeline construction enterprises.
