摘要
绩效管理是绩效计划、绩效实施、绩效评价和绩效反馈所组成的有机整体。本文探讨了如何基于PDCA循环建立公立医院内部考核的管理体系,并总结了有效的绩效管理的具体运作方式。基于PDCA循环的绩效管理体系是一个医院与科室及员工之间持续沟通的过程。通过科学合理的绩效管理,能够调动医务人员的积极性,激发工作热情并提高医疗服务质量。
Performance management was the organic whole consisting of performance planning, performance implementation, performance evaluation, and performance feedback. This article explored how to establish a management system of public hospital internal examination based on PDCA cycle, and summarized the operation of effective performance management. The performance management system based on the PDCA cycle was a continuous process of communication between hospitals, departments and employees. Scientific and reasonable performance management could motivate medical personnel, stimulate enthusiasm for work and improve the quality of medical service.
