摘要
浅埋暗挖法土质地铁隧道施工机械化程度不高。结合暗挖台车在西安地铁5号线15标黄土地层区间隧道的首次应用,介绍暗挖台车的设备构成和施工工艺流程。对传统人工开挖和暗挖台车开挖的施工工效、安全性、能源消耗、围岩变形控制和作业环境改善等方面进行对比分析,根据实际应用情况分析暗挖台车对水文地质、施工断面、施工工法、吊装下井及巷道直角转弯的适用性,并提出在出渣系统、挖掘臂铲斗、铣刨头、暗挖台车遥控器、自动收缩线盘、台车灵活性等方面的改进提升建议。
In order to improve the mechanization degree of underground tunnel construction with shallow-cover mining method,the equipment composition and construction process of the underground excavation trolley which is firstly applied to tunnel of No. 15 Bid Section of Xi'an Metro Line No. 5 are introduced. Comparative analysis is made on the construction efficiency,safety,energy consumption,deformation control of surrounding rock and the improvement of operating environment for traditional manual excavation and underground excavation trolley. The applicability of the underground excavation trolley to hydrogeology,construction cross-section,construction method,lowering-down and right angle turning in the tunnel are analyzed. Meanwhile, the improvement suggestions are put forward for the underground excavation trolley in terms of mucking system,digging bucket,milling head,remote controller,automatic shrinkable wire coil,underground excavation flexibility,etc.
