摘要
目的探讨耳穴压豆对肝火亢盛型高血压的干预效果。方法选取深圳市福田区妇幼保健院滨河社康中心2016年2月~2017年10月管理的80例肝火亢盛型高血压患者,按照随机数字表法,将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,研究组接受耳穴压豆干预治疗。比较两组患者的血压控制情况、睡眠质量、生活质量等。结果研究组的总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的SBP、DBP指标,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后1、2、3、4周的SBP、DBP指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的睡眠质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆治疗肝火亢盛型高血压疾病可更好地控制患者的血压,且其改善睡眠质量、生活质量的作用突出,能够提升治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the intervention effect of auricular points plaster therapy on overabundant liver-fire type hypertension.Methods Eighty patients with overabundant liver-fire type hypertension managed by Binhe Community Health Center,Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Futian District in Shenzhen City from February 2016 to October 2017 were selected,and they were divided into the two groups according to the random number method,there were40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was given auricular points plaster intervention therapy.Blood pressure control,sleep quality and quality of life and so on were compared in patients between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group（82.50%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the indexes of SBP and DBP before treatment btween the two groups（P〉0.05）,and the indexes of SBP and DBP after 1,2,3 and 4 weeks treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the sleep quality score between the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the sleep quality score of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the SF-36 score between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.After the treatment,SF-36 score of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Auricular points plaster therapy treating overabundant liver-fire type hypertension can better control the blood pressure of patients,and it plays an important role in improving sleep quality and life quality,and can improve the therapeutic effect and is worthy of promotion.
