摘要
针对变速器齿轮敲击噪声问题,从齿轮敲击的发生机理、数学模型的求解方法、齿轮敲击解决途径3个方面论述汽车变速器齿轮敲击噪声问题的研究内容及方法。采用定性研究方法,确定整车相关参数对齿轮敲击问题的灵敏度,为解决汽车变速器齿轮敲击问题提供了参考依据。
The issue of automotive gear's rattle was studied. The contents and methods of the study were elaborated in three aspects of the mechanism, mathematical modeling and solution measures of the gear rattle. Adopting qualitative analysis method, the influence of the related parameters of the whole vehicle on the sensitivity of the gear rattle was determined. This work provides a theoretical basis for transmission gear rattle study.
