摘要
目的调查实习护生不同实习阶段的人文关怀能力,并分析其影响因素。方法采用Nkongho人文关怀能力量表对29所学校318名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果实习护生人文关怀能力在认知维度与勇气维度的评分均低于国际常模(P<0.01),实习后期耐心维度高于国际常模(P<0.01)。实习后期的护生人文关怀得分高于实习前期的护生(P<0.05)。结论实习护生的人文关怀能力偏低,应引起院校和教学医院的重视,加强实习护生人文关怀能力培训。
Objective: To investigate the level of humanistic care ability of nursing trainees at different internship,and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: Using the Nkongho's Humanistic Care Ability Scale,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 318 nursing trainees from 29 schools. Results: The scores of nursing trainees' humanistic care ability in both cognitive dimension and courage dimension were lower than the international standard(P 〈0. 01),and the score of patient dimension in the later period of internship was higher than international standard(P〈 0. 01). The score of humanistic care ability of the nursing trainees in the later period of internship was higher than that in the early internship(P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The humanistic care ability of nursing trainees is low. It should arouse more attention of colleges and teaching hospitals and strengthen the training of nursing trainees' humanistic care ability.
