摘要
从实际出发,综合考虑花键轴在弯矩和转矩作用下的组合变形情况,推导出其横截面上最大应力计算公式。通过理论分析,研究表明:在扭转过程中,花键轴横截面上最大应力随虚拟螺旋角增大而增大,其所能承受扭矩随虚拟螺旋角增大而减小。这一结论为花键轴和一些非圆截面轴的强度计算以及扭转变形规律提供了理论依据。
Starting from the actual situation,the maximum stress calculation formula of the cross section is derived by considering the composite deformation under bending moment and torque in this study. Through the theory analysis,it is shown from this study that the maximum stress in cross section increases with the increase of helix angle,but the torque decreases with the increase of helix angle. This conclusion would provide theoretical foundation for the strength calculation and torsional deformation rule of the spline shaft and some non-circular section shafts.
