摘要 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,通过对功能性训练的源起、概念、训练理念和训练方法进行梳理,探究其训练的生物学基础。通过研究:功能性训练是以运动适应理论为理论基础开展训练的过程。认为当前对于功能性训练的研究仅从生物力学、训练学和人体解剖学等角度进行探析,缺乏深度,并指出在对功能性训练的研究和应用中,应该批判接收,去伪存真,真正加深理论基础的探究深度,以更好地促进我国运动训练的发展。 By using the methods of documentation and logic analysis,this paper explores the biological basis of training by analyzing the origins of functional training,training concepts and training methods.Through the study:Functional training is based on the theory of sports adaptation training process.It is considered that the current research on functional training is only based on biomechanics,training and human anatomy,lack of depth.And pointed out that in the research and application of functional training,we should critically accept,go to pseudo-existence and really deepen the depth of the theoretical basis to better promote the development of sports training in China.
