摘要
生物医药企业在成果转化过程中知识产权保护和科技创新的作用不断加大。知识产权保护对促进医药科技成果转化,提高科技创新具有重要的激励和保障作用。通过建立完善的生物医药知识产权保护法律体系,专门的生物医药科技成果转化机构与运行机制,加强知识产权人才队伍和中介服务体系,积极发展知识产权质押融资工作。此举将有利于优化科技创新法律环境,拓宽科技创新资金来源,促进医药企业科技成果转化和提高科技创新能力。
The role of intellectual property protection and sci -tech innovation in the process of transforming the achievements of biomedical enterprises is increasing. Intellectual property protection plays an important role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, which may improve scientific and technological innovation. Through the establishment of a perfect legal system of biomedical intellectual property protection, specialized biomedical science and technology achievements transforming mechanism and operation mechanism, strengthening intellectual property personnel and intermediary service system, and actively developing intellectual property pledge financing work. Therefore, it is advantageous to optimize the legal environment of science and technology innovation, broaden the source of scientific and technological innovation, further promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of pharmaceutical enterprises and improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation.
