摘要
目的分析经皮冠状动脉(冠脉)介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)治疗干预前、后急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMP)-9、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6、P选择素浓度动态变化的临床价值。方法选取2011年3月至2014年8月期间在黄梅县人民医院行PCI治疗的86例AMI患者为观察组,选取同时期体检的86名健康人为对照组,采集上述人员空腹外周静脉血并采用酶联免疫吸附法测定样本中MMP-9、IL-6、P选择素浓度。结果观察组PCI治疗前MMP-9、IL-6、P选择素浓度依次为(698.47±108.78)ng/L、(109.87±10.98)pg/L、(94.78±99.54)μg/L,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组PCI治疗7d后,MMP-9、IL-6、P选择素浓度均依次为(324.78±78.78)ng/L、(73.04±11.78)pg/L、(78.76±69.48)μg/L,均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PCI治疗7d后MMP-9、IL-6、P选择素浓度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MMP-9、IL-6、P选择素浓度动态变化反映AMI患者病情变化,监测其浓度波动有助于临床评估PCI治疗的效果。
Objectives To investigate the clinical significance of dynamic changes of serum concentrations of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-9,interleukin(IL)-6,P-selectin in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)before and after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods Totally 86 patients with AMI received PCI in People′s Hospital of Huangmei County from March 2011 to August 2014 were selected as observation group,and 86 cases of health people received healthy physical examination at the same period were selected as control group. Fasting peripheral venous blood sample of researchers were collected and serum concentrations of MMP-9,IL-6,P-selectin were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method. Results Serum concentrations of MMP-9,IL-6,Pselectin of patients in observation group before PCI were(698.47± 108.78)ng/L,(109.87± 10.98)pg/L,(94.78±99.54)μg/L,which were obviously higher than those in control group(P〈0.05). Serum concentrations of MMP-9,IL-6,P-selectin of patients in observation group 7 days after PCI were(324.78±78.78)ng/L,(73.04±11.78)pg/L,(78.76±69.48)μg/L,which were obviously lower than those in control group(P〈0.05). Serum concentrations of MMP-9,IL-6,P-selectin of patients in observation group 7 days after PCI had no statistically significant differences with those of control group(P〉0.05). Conclusions Serum concentrations of of MMP-9,IL-6,P-selectin can indicate the disease variety of patients with AMI. Monitoring serum concentrations of MMP-9,IL-6,P-selectin is helpful to clinical assessment of the effect of PCI in patients with AMI.
