摘要
针对企业技术创新主体的需求,分析了企业技术创新绩效影响因素、评价方法和评价指标体系,以及卓越绩效模式的应用价值。围绕提升企业技术创新绩效进行探讨,提出需坚持管理体系融合,树立系统管理理念,以及过程与结果并重和加强知识产权保护。
In order to meet the needs of corporate technological innovation subject,the factors influencing the enterprise technical innovation performance,relevant evaluation methods and systems and the application value of the performance excellence model are analyzed. Discussion is conducted centering upon improvement on enterprise technical innovation performance and it is pointed out that it is required to stick to management system fusion,establish a system management philosophy,pay equal attention to both process and results and strengthen intellectual property protection.
