摘要 沥青瓦作为新型建筑屋面防水材料,具有质轻、施工方便和容易修补等优势,正在被广泛使用。但其低温抗裂性较差、易老化和高温稳定性较差等缺点又限制其大面积使用。着重从制备工艺通过掺加纤维改性沥青瓦,并对其进行性能评价。结果表明:掺加玻璃纤维沥青瓦能够有效改善低温抗裂性和高温永久变形性能;掺加聚酯纤维和木质纤维的沥青瓦能够有效改善抗老化和冻融渗水性能。 As a new type of roofing waterproof materials,with advantages of lighter texture, convenient construction and easy repair and others,asphalt tile has been widely used,but its disadvantages such as poor low temperature resistance, easy to aging and poor high temperature stability also limit its large area use. Therefore,this experiment evaluated its performance through the addition of fiber modified asphalt tile in the preparation process. The results show that the asphalt tile material mixed with glass fiber can effectively improve the crack resistance performance at low temperature and permanent deformation performance at high temperature;the asphalt tile materials mixed with polyester fiber and of wood fiber can effectively improve the anti ageing and freeze thawing water penetration performance.
