乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术在高速公路大中修中的应用研究 被引量:15

摘要 乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术最关键的环节在于乳化沥青的试验与生产,针对潭邵高速公路大中修项目,通过实验室试验和大生产过程监测相结合的方式,确定了实验室试验机器90℃以上开水过磨30 s,135~140℃沥青温度、55~60℃皂液温度过磨1min左右的实验室生产方案。2~7 d养生期后,通过对高速公路乳化沥青冷再生混合料Φ150 mm钻芯取样进行验证,发现芯样完整、表观密实,达到了验收标准。 The test and production of emulsified asphalt is the most critical part in the emulsified asphalt cold regeneration technology,in this paper for the Tan-Shao highway large and medium repair project,through the combination of laboratory test and large production process monitoring to determine the laboratory production program: laboratory test machine grinding time in the wa- ter above 900C for 30s,and grinding time in 135-140 ℃ asphalt temperature,and 55-60℃ soap temperature over lmin,after 2-7 d curing period,the emulsified asphalt cold regenerated mixture of expressway was verified by Ф150 mm core sampling. The results show the core was intact and compact, and the acceptance standard was reached.
