摘要
我国法律鼓励高校通过转让、许可及作价投资方式对外进行科技成果转化,对于自建经济实体模式不置可否。根据研究,目前高校科技成果转化的研究方向主要集中在促进机制、问题与策略、地方或个别高校实证研究这几类,对于科技转化的模式尤其是自建经济实体模式研究相对空白,笔者结合主题为高校科技成果转化文献中涉及自建模式的内容,提出探索自建经济实体模式的合理性,必须厘清自建经济实体与自行投资转化、大学生创业的关系、高校在科技成果转化中的地位及角色、科技成果转化率的评估标准与计算方式这几个问题。
The law encourages universities to carry out scientific and technological achievements through the means of transfer, permission and investment. The current research related to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities mainly focus on the promotion mechanisms, problems and strategies, and empirical studies at local or specific universities. The research on the mode of science and technology transformation, especially self-built economic entity, is relatively blank. Based on the literature related to self-built entity model, this paper proposes that to explore the rationality of self-built economic entities model, we must clarify the relationship between self-built economic entities, their own investment transformation, and college students entrepreneurship, the status and role of universities in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, The evaluation criteria and calculation of the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements.
