摘要
变电站电气设备的安装是一个复杂的系统工程,在保证施工质量和控制施工成本的同时,还应做好项目进度管理,强化进度管理意识,做好前期准备工作,尤其是进度方案的编制工作,在实际安装过程中,应采取进度责任制管理措施,做好进度全程管理。
The installation of electrical equipment in substations is a complex system project. While ensuring the construction quality and controlling the construction costs,it is also necessary to manage the progress of the project,strengthen the awareness of schedule management,and do a good job of preparatory work,especially the preparation of schedules. In the actual installation process,it should take responsibility for the progress of management measures,and make whole process management of the process.
