摘要
目的分析使用光子嫩肤技术治疗面部毛细血管扩张症和色素斑的具体效果。方法回顾分析2017年3月~2018年3月在我院接受治疗的89例患有色素斑或面部毛细血管扩张症患者在本院接受治疗的具体情况,通过对治疗过程和治疗结果的分析,了解光子嫩肤技术在治疗色素斑及面部毛细血管扩张症方面的临床价值。结果 38例毛细血管扩张症患者中,有21例治疗效果为显效,有16例患者的治疗效果为有效,有1例患者治疗效果为无效,治疗的总有效率为97.4%;51例色素斑患者中有26例治疗效果为显效,有22例患者的治疗效果为有效,有3例患者治疗效果为无效,治疗的总有效率为94.1%。结论使用光光子嫩肤技术治疗色素斑及面部毛细血管扩张症的疗效确切,能够根据患者面部情况进行精准治疗,且治疗的安全性较高,值得在皮肤临床治疗领域进行推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of using photonic skin to treat facial capillary dilatation and pigmentation. Methods 89 patients with pigmentation or facial telangiectasia who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. By analyzing the treatment process and results, the clinical value of photonic tender skin technique in treating pigmentation and facial telangiectasia was studied. Results Of the 38 patients with telangiectasia, 21 were effective, 16 were effective, 1 was ineffective and 97.4 % were effective. Of the 51 patients with pigmentation, 26 were effective, 22 were effective, 3 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94.1 %. Conclusion Using optical technology of photon tender skin pigment spots and facial treatment the curative effect of capillaries expansion, can carry on the accurate according to the situation of patients with facial treatment, and treatment of high security, is worth popularizing in the field of clinical treatment of skin to use.
