摘要
以石化装置精制床层再生氮气管线温度要求为例,通过对管线进行保温厚度计算,分析保温材料、管托、再生氮气流量及管线长度对热量损失的影响,提出几种减少管线热损失的方法。
The thickness of heat insulation on pipeline was calculated by taking the regeneration nitrogen line on refining bed in a petrochemical plant as an example. The effect to heat loss from insulation material, pipe rack, nitrogen flow and pipe length has been analyzed. Several methods for reducing the heat loss have been presented.
