摘要
采用α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、活性碳酸钙、二甲基硅油、交联剂、偶联剂和催化剂等为原料,制备了一种等比例缩合型双组分室温硫化硅橡胶,并讨论了催化剂用量、交联剂和偶联剂对该有机硅密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,当以二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL)作为催化剂时,其添加量控制在1‰左右效果较好;四乙氧基硅烷(Si-28)作为交联剂可适当延长操作时间且消黏较快。通过对3种材料的粘接性能测试后认为,γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-540)作为偶联剂的效果相对最好。
A kind of equal ratio condensation type two component RTV silicone sealant was prepared by using α,ω-dihydroxy poly(dimethylsiloxane), active calcium carbonate, dimethyl silicone oil, crosslinking agent, coupling agent and catalyst as the raw materials. The effects of catalyst amount, crosslinking agents and coupling agents on the properties of the silicone sealant were investigated. The results showed that the optimal amount of catalyst was about 1‰ when dibutyltin dilaurate as the catalyst. Tetraethoxysilane as the crosslinking agent could prolong the operation time and reduce the tack-free time. The adhesion of the sealant to three kinds of materials was tested, the best result was shown when KH-540 as the coupling agent.
