摘要
为准确测量核算排污单位挥发性有机物的排放,VOCs自动监测成为监测的发展趋势。通过对VOCs自动监测仪非甲烷总烃进行了仪器性能(精密度和线性误差)和实际样品比对测试分析。利用低、中、高浓度标准气体对某排污单位无组织厂界基于GC-FID分析方法的VOCs自动监测仪非甲烷总烃的精密度和线性误差进行分析测试,结果表明:自动监测仪非甲烷总烃的重复性能控制在5%以内,线性误差能控制在±10%以内。分别采用玻璃注射器和PVF采样气袋与自动监测仪同时采集样品进行比对测试,自动监测仪与玻璃注射器采样测试结果绝对误差在±0.5 mg/m^3以内,气袋采样测试结果部分样品绝对误差略超出±0.5 mg/m^3。玻璃注射器本底低于气袋,测试结果优于气袋采样结果。
In order to accurately measure and calculate the emission of volatile organic compounds in pollution dischargecompany, automatic monitoring of VOCs becomes the tendency of monitoring. The precision and the linearity error of the Non-methane Hydrocarbons of the VOCs automatic monitor is analyzed and compared with the actual sample comparison in this paper.According to the test result of VOCs automatic monitor of Non-methane Hydrocarbons based on GC-FID installed on the boundaryof one pollution discharge company, the repeatability can be less than or equal to five percent and the linearity error can be lessthan or equal to ten percent. Took sample by glass syringe or PVF air pocket, the absolute error of VOCs automatic monitor by glasssyringe is less than 0.5 mg/m3and the some absolute errors of VOCs automatic monitor by PVF air pocket is more than 0.5 mg/m3.The background of glass syringe is lower than PVF air pocket. The absolute error of VOCs automatic monitor with by glass syringeis better than by PVF air pocket.
