摘要
后掺骨料混凝土是将粗骨料嵌锁技术应用于结构工程的一种新的尝试,它能够有效改善泵送混凝土的早期开裂问题并降低工程成本。目前国内外缺少对于此种混凝土构件抗弯性能的研究。通过对6根后掺骨料抛填率不同的简支梁进行抗弯试验,探讨了后掺骨料混凝土受弯构件的抗弯性能。结果表明:后掺骨料混凝土梁正截面平均应变仍服从平截面假定;受弯破坏的过程仍分为弹性、带裂缝工作和屈服三个阶段;C40泵送混凝土的最佳后掺粗骨料抛填率为20%。
After-mixing aggregate concrete is a new attempt to apply coarse aggregate interlocking technology to structural engineering.It can effectively improve the early cracking problem of pumping concrete and reduce the engineering cost.At present,there is little research on flexural behavior of this kind of concrete.In this paper the flexural performance of the after-mixing aggregate concrete is investigated by a bending experiment of six simple supported beams with different filling rates.The test results indicate that the control section of the tested beam span were basically in accordance with the plane section assumption.The process of bending failure is still divided into three stages:elasticity,cracking and yield;the best aftermixing proportion of the C40 pumping concrete is 20%.
