摘要
食品专业英语是食品专业学生学习国外先进技术、开阔国际视野的重要工具,但由于食品专业英语词汇晦涩难懂、句型冗长多变导致学生学习兴趣低迷,教学效果不甚理想。"翻转课堂"的兴起为食品专业英语教学改革提供了新的理念,注入了新的动力。教学方法手段的多样化、教学资源的丰富化以及学生自主学习的常态化使"翻转课堂"教学模式成为当今教学改革的前沿的方法,也是改善食品专业英语教学现状的有效手段。
Food professional English is the important tool for professional students to learn foreign advanced technology and open international vision. However,students' learning interest isn't high,and teaching effect isn't ideal,which is partly caused by obscure food professional English vocabulary and long sentence structures.The rise of "flipped classroom"provides a new idea for food professional English teaching reform.The diversification of teaching methods,enrichment of teaching resources as well as the normalization of students' autonomous learning make "flipped classroom"teaching mode become the forefront teaching reform method,which is also an effective means to improve the state of food professional English teaching.
