摘要 分子生物学实验具有复杂、精细、微量的特点,对实践者的操作能力要求较高。为了使临床医学研究生在分子生物学实验课程中加深对理论知识的理解,充分掌握相关分子生物学实验技能,也为完成后续的毕业论文和将来从事科研工作夯实基础,文中从优化师资力量、整合实验内容、完善实验室装备、改进实验教学手段等方面进行初步探索,以期实现规范学生的实验操作,调动学生积极性和主观能动性,使分子生物学实验课程成为培养医学研究生创新能力和科研素养的途径。 The experiment of molecular biology has the charac-teristics of complex, sophisticated and micro, and requires highoperational ability of practitioners. In order to make clinical med-ical postgraduate students in this course deepen their under-standing of theoretical knowledge, fully master the experimentalskills of molecular biology and lay a solid foundation for the com-pletion of subsequent thesis and future scientific research work,the paper attempts to explore from the optimization of faculty, re-form of the experimental content, perfecting laboratory equipmentand improving teaching methods, and so on. Experimental teach-ing reform is trying to realize the standardization of students' ex-perimental operation, to mobilize the students' enthusiasm andsubjective initiative, so as to make experimental course of molec-ular biology becomea way to cultivate innovative ability and sci-entific literacy of medical postgraduates.
